I've been playing with icefrogs since the bug abuse it can do to 'alchemist' and 'pudge', and been looking for other heroes where those icefrogs can be also useful.
Here are some:
1. You just need a 'helm of dominator' to use it as a walking wards, since it is invisible it can be very useful specially if it is located on some of the key points on the map.
2. You can also use it as an escape for 'naix' infesting an invisible unit, and yes the frog will remain invisible.
3. You can use it on 'Necrolic(visage)' to summon those black revenants.
4. If you are a hero with hide effects or lothars, and your opponents have gems, the icefrogs can be helpful during a chase. Leaving an icefrog on the path will make their heroes auto attack it, leaving you running to safety. Just be careful and make sure that you're not the one auto-attacking.
5. Againts moonrider, yurnero and lich (with gem) it will greatly help to distribute the damage (hopefully haha).
6. Infinite Mana for Necrolyte.

Dota Players who live in the forest
I saw this cool video of Dota which shows some of the wicked maneuvers you could make on the map's forest.
A handy "Ancient Tango of Essifation" can save you more than you expect it would, and maybe killing your hunter instead.

Dota 6.59b Lich King Bug
Wow, and here I am thinking Lich King is owning.
Wait till you see this.
Cast Chain Frost on the creeps, but before it hits its target, kill it preferably with a dagon (faster than CF).
The Chain Frost skill will not land and go towards the mid lane, maybe owning some heroes trying to push mid.

Remember the Tauren Cheiftain Quest which requires 4 invisible icefrogs.
Well the icefrogs seems to have a bug, it can be used for other purposes.
You can store the frog in the bottle, then continuously clicking(or pressing 7 on numpad) will result summoning an invisible frog.
For the Alchemist its extra gold(goblin's greed skill)
and for Pudge its an extra STR(flesh heap skill)

DotA 6.59b Tauren Cheiftain
I saw Tano with Potchi playing DotA 6.59b in single mode doing the Tauren Chieftain Quest.
You have to collect 4totems to summon him.
After that you also need 4icefrogs(invisible) to make all the 4totems vulnerable for you to kill the Tauren Cheiftain.
After successfully killing the Tauren Cheiftain, it drops its +200 STR axe with an active skill (Cheiftain Strike).

Dota 6.58 Perma-Bash
I found this video after we got owned by perma-bash.
We(Scourge) are owning the Sentinels all throughout the game, until the 'faceless void' showed up with one basher and boots.
Wow! that really turned the tide. At first we never did thought of it as a bug, but after several clashes, my teammates and I are all whining about it.
After the game we searched and asked about it and finally found the answer.
