Cast Chain Frost on the creeps, but before it hits its target, kill it preferably with a dagon (faster than CF).
The Chain Frost skill will not land and go towards the mid lane, maybe owning some heroes trying to push mid.

I tried using it on neutrals, and it also works.
Imagine a Lich King with Aghanims Scepter + Refresher Orb = total mid ownage. Lol
